Terms

Rules for using Medaw to browse compounds and book futsal pitches.

Using the service

Medaw lets you discover verified compounds, check open pitches, and reserve 2-hour sessions. You agree to provide accurate account information and to use the platform only for lawful booking and play.

Bookings and payment

Prices are shown per hour in ETB on each field. A booking is confirmed after you select a date and open slot, review the total, and complete payment as prompted. Late arrival, no-shows, or cancellations may be subject to the compound’s own policies.

Compounds and availability

Venue details — amenities, hours, phone, and location — are provided by compound operators. Live availability aims to reflect open slots in real time, but rare conflicts can occur. If a confirmed booking cannot be honored, contact support and we will help resolve it with the venue.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. Do not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt bookings, or book slots you do not intend to use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
